Cultivating the Piedmont Story

The story of Piedmont Harvest begins in 1935, when our grandfather, “Grand Pa Johnny,” purchased 75 acres of farmland in Elm City, North Carolina. Though he could not read or write, he built a thriving farm that fed the local community and supplied specialty crops, beef, and pork into the national food chain.

For decades after his passing, the land remained underutilized. In 2015, we answered the call to reinvigorate our heir property and preserve it for future generations. What began as a family commitment to protect our legacy has grown into a mission to transform land and communities through innovation.

Today, Piedmont Harvest bridges heritage and innovation through two powerful pillars:
